Description of file types (input and created by phyml/scripts)
*.phy	Your input. A PHYLIP format alignment format file.
*_stats.txt	Phyml's output.
*_tree.txt	The tree created by phyml.
*_log.txt	The log file created by the script running phyml. The actual clustalw2 command is here, as well as its output.
Files created by njplot
*.ps	The postscript file of the phylogenetic tree. You can print this file directly in compatible printers.
*.jpg	Preview (quality lost) of the postscript file above.
*.epsi	Encapsuled postscript file. You can insert this in your latex documents, etc.
